Private AI Strategist · By invitation

A strategist for your wealth.
Awake when you aren't.
Trusted when it matters.

Atlas One is a private AI strategist that knows your estate, your taxes, and your intent — and works on it every day you don't have to.

Built for families whose wealth is measured in generations, not quarters.

Licensed in all 50 states Tax, estate & strategy under one roof By invitation only
Preservation

Wealth built is wealth defended.

A second set of eyes that never sleeps — watching tax law shifts, market dislocations, and the slow drift of fiduciary risk. Caught the moment they surface.

Precision

Your financial life, remembered.

Every return filed, every position held, every trust amended — captured in one private intelligence. No more "let me look that up."

Peace

A brief, written for you alone.

Each morning, one page of what matters — opportunities, risks, one decision to consider. The rest is handled. The rest is quiet.

The Morning Brief

The artifact that settles the mind.

Every morning at 6:00 your time, one page arrives. It tells you what your strategist is watching, what has been handled, and the single decision — if any — that needs your attention. No dashboard to open. No login required to begin your day.

Atlas One · Daily BriefThu, Apr 17, 2026

Good morning, Mr. Hargrove.

TSLA covered-call overlay. Window opens Thursday; tax-adjusted yield on a 30‑DTE ladder modeled at +14 bps over the Sep strike base.
Muni ladder, Series 2019 (CA). Tax-loss harvesting window emerging into Q2. One rotation candidate flagged.
Q1 federal estimated payments. Filed, confirmed. Next vouchers drafted for your review on June 3.
Should we accelerate the Q3 charitable-remainder distribution? Two scenarios modeled — awaiting your word.
Ask Atlas

Your strategist, one question away.

The 2am question you'd save for a Thursday appointment — asked now and answered with the full weight of your specific financial context. Your positions, your calendar, your intent, your history.

"The answer your CPA's front-desk clerk can't give you. The answer only a senior partner could — except this one knows your file cold and never sleeps."

Private conversation · Encrypted Live
Should I exercise my Q3 RSUs in September or wait?
A

Wait until Oct 2. You clear the $200k compensation threshold by two weeks, dropping effective federal rate by 3 points on the exercise. The concentration flag I tagged last quarter also resolves that same week.

Want the full scenario model?

Should I trim NVDA before earnings?
A

Not a trade call — but here's the relevant context. NVDA is 14% of liquid net worth, 4 points above your concentration threshold. A partial trim to 10% is absorbed by your tax-loss carryforward with no realized gain. Your investment team owns the earnings-risk decision.

How it works

A practice you step into once, and live with quietly.

01

A private onboarding.

Documents reviewed, strategy set, your goals captured. One intake, once.

02

Your strategist, activated.

A dedicated Atlas begins learning your estate, your taxes, your intent.

03

A daily brief. Always on.

Your morning page arrives. Your private console is open whenever you want it.

04

Human counsel, quarterly.

Your Atlas works alongside a named human team. AI should not be the only voice in the room.

Who we serve

Private practice, specific hands.

Atlas One is built for a narrow band of clients. The specificity is the product.

01 / Archetype

Post-liquidity founders.

Recent exits. Sudden wealth. Concentrated positions, base-cost complexity, year-one tax planning, long-horizon legacy design.

02 / Archetype

Multi-generational families.

Established wealth. GST planning, dynasty trust oversight, next-generation preparation, family governance, philanthropic strategy.

03 / Archetype

Executives with concentrated compensation.

Active C-suite. RSU vesting, ISO/NSO timing, 10b5-1 coordination, Section 83(b) decisions, hedging frameworks.

04 / Archetype

Single-family offices.

Existing staff using Atlas as an institutional-grade strategic layer — augmenting counsel, not replacing it.

Security & Confidentiality

Your data, your rules.

Atlas is built to the standard of private banking, not consumer software. Your information is isolated, encrypted, and revocable at any moment.

Private instance per client.

Your Atlas runs in an isolated environment. Your data never trains anyone else's model, and it never leaves your perimeter without explicit instruction.

Audit-ready security architecture.

Independent reviews planned. Controls mapped to ISO 27001 and NIST CSF for institutional-grade assurance.

Encryption at rest & in transit.

AES-256 encryption end-to-end. Keys managed in hardware security modules with scheduled rotation and split-knowledge custody.

No custody. No securities.

Atlas observes and strategizes. It never holds, trades, or custodies assets. Your existing advisors execute. We stay in our lane — by design.

A note from the practice

For a century, private wealth has been stewarded by trusted counsel — attorneys, CPAs, bankers. Atlas One does not replace them. It adds something none of them can offer: a strategist that remembers everything you have ever done, watches everything that could affect you, and arrives each morning with what matters. Not more. Not less.

Frequently asked

Before the first conversation.

If you haven't asked these yet, you will. Quick answers below — the longer versions live in the conversation.

How does Atlas work with my existing CPA, attorney, and advisors?

Atlas augments your team, it doesn't replace them. Your existing counsel continues to execute. Atlas observes across all of it, surfaces what they may have missed, and prepares the material your team acts on — saving cycles on both sides.

Who sees my data?

Your dedicated Atlas runs in an isolated instance. Inside the firm, only your named engagement team has access — under a strict need-to-know policy, with every query logged. Your data never trains anyone else's model.

Is this investment advice?

No. Atlas One is not a financial advisory firm and does not provide investment advisory services or advice. We provide strategic tax optimization, financial optimization, tax advisory, compliance, and transactional representation — a highly specialized area. Any investment strategy you act on is executed through your existing investment advisors and custodians.

What does engagement look like?

Annual retainer. Transparent fee structure. Minimum engagement by invitation only — discussed privately as part of our introduction conversation.

What if the AI is wrong?

Atlas surfaces observations and scenarios. A named human partner reviews every Your Call prompt before it reaches you, and every strategic recommendation before it is executed. AI is the first pass, not the final word.

How long does onboarding take?

Two to six weeks, depending on complexity. We review multi-year returns, trust documents, entity structures, compensation arrangements, and stated goals. Your first daily brief arrives when the picture is complete — not before.

By invitation.
